24/7 Help Desk
Our Help Desk provides a professional call handling services for our customers 24 hours a day 365 days a year, providing piece of mind that in the event of a breakdown, we will respond whatever the time of day or night.
Our Help Desk Operators are fully trained to deal with routine and emergency situations and have direct access to our workforce.
Team Q uses simPRO software as its preferred asset management tool for managing planned, reactive and project works. Our systems are enabled to accept fault notifications by phone and email.
