Wherever possible we use in-house resources to deliver our services. This way you know all the work will be carried out by fully trained, competent personnel, to the highest industry standards (see Compliance).
On appointment, we choose a team which has the skills and experience to understand, interpret and deliver your requirements. Project teams are formed to set up, manage and monitor projects through from brief to satisfactory completion. Wherever possible we use our own in-house engineers. However, we apply the same rigorous standards to any specialist service we engage on your behalf as to our own.
Professional, unbiased advice will be available on all issues arising from the day to day workings, from our team of experienced managers. Additional requirements will be discussed fully with authorised personnel before being undertaken.
All engineers are trained on working in a safe manner, using fit for purpose equipment. Working safely around, and minimising disruption to workers in the area is a prime concern. Potential risks are assessed and necessary precautions taken to ensure work is carried out in a controlled manner.
Several points of contact are always available, including a 24 hour helpdesk, if required, and an escalation process, so there’s always someone to talk to.
