Alterations and refurbishment of the fabric of building stock is undertaken by our tradesmen, who include: carpenters, electricians, plumbers, drainage engineers, glaziers, roofers, flooring installers, plasterers and bricklayers.
Our project teams are set up to cater for local authority, housing association or MOD housing stock maintenance, whether on a planned or reactive basis. We use locally based, dedicated teams for quick response times and linked up communication systems, to ensure the whole project team is kept up to date.
Our skilled tradesmen and quality controlled processes have all passed the rigors of MOD vetting. Specifically, we comply with the stringent safety rules and procedures (SRPs) for the Defence Estate, ensuring all safety assessments and method statements are in place before work is executed.
