An initial site survey is undertaken to assess all assets, followed by detailed analysis of customer requirements. Using a combination of planned preventative, reactive and condition-based maintenance we can ensure the smooth running and efficiency of the buildings in your care.
Contracts are run by a team chosen with specific credentials and all information is regularly updated centrally to ensure all members are aware of progress. Our large in-house team of experienced engineers are coordinated on a day to day basis by a 24 hour helpdesk to ensure you have timely access to appropriate help when you need it. To suit your needs we can offer engineers on a static or mobile basis. When services are required that fall outside our normal sphere of operation, we choose from our list of suppliers who have gained approved status by delivering services to our very own high standards. These are then managed as an integral part of the contracted work.
