Gender Pay Gap Reporting

April 3rd, 2018

As an employer of more than 250 employees, Team Q Maintenance Limited is required by law to publicly report on its gender pay gap under the Equality Act 2010 Regulations 2017.  The gender pay gap is the difference in the average earnings between all men and all women in an organisation.

Gender pay gap is not about equal pay.  Equal pay relates to differences in the actual earnings of men and women doing equal work.

Gender pay gap reporting involves carrying out six calculations that show the difference between the average earnings of men and women in our organisation and the data for 2016/17, as compiled by Helen McCusker, Group Financial Controller, is as follows: (click on the image to enlarge)
